This meeting will welcome new residents to the community, we will provide a current update of the HB. Finances and the projects that have been completed with funds. We will discuss issues within the community and how you can help.

a) Dues expectations, dates due, what do they cover, & Income and Expenses

b) Improvements-ie. mailbox, painting of exterior fence

c) Expected income from 2022 dues and future expenses

V. Donna, DJ, Ben-Keeping our home values up

a) Trash-pick up, mailbox trash issues, garbage cans to be put up

b) Grocery carts from Ingles is a violation

c) Neighborhood disputes and how to resolve them.
