From The Board of Directors

Dear Neighbors,

Thank you for your continued support in paying your annual assessment so we can continue to make our community one of the best in Stone Mountain. Continue to look out as we continue to develop key areas in our community continuing to put your assessment dollar to work.

We want you to continue to make improvements on your properties. The front areas of your residence are the welcome mat and face of our community. We always want coming home to be a proud and energizing experience to our home owners as well as a welcoming experience to our visitors. Making sure that your shutters, doors, borders and yards are in tip top shape. Don't forget about your parking spaces place kitty litter on oil spills and clean those up, and make sure cars are not left un- repaired or maintained. Keeping up with these tasks will make an awesome impact as we continue to increase our property values and community decor.

Planning now for these projects in the spring will give your home the boost in curb appeal and value that you deserve. Please don't hesitate to reach out to the community Board of Directors via the "contact us" tab if you need referrals or ideas

Please go to the "CC&R/By-Laws page to view the newly revised governing documents (Covenants, ByLaws and Rules & Regulations) going forward, that will include several new amendments that will bring some more solidified structure and governing power to our board as well as stabilize our community to be on one accord with community cohesion and compliance. Remember is your responsibility as an owner/(owners insure that their "tenant") familiarize yourselves with these documents.
